Are you interested in teaching at C.E.A.?
If you are interested in teaching with us, please send us a copy of your resume with a letter revealing to us your skills and how you could be helpful to C.E.A. The main time for rotating staff is around May and June. This is when we find out if teachers are returning or leaving. This is also a good time to contact us about positions available.
Will I be contacted for a job interview? First, your application is reviewed by the director.
If we have openings, we will contact you immediately if you meet our qualifications. Due to the large volume of qualified applicants, not everyone will be interviewed.

3. What are the minimum requirements to be an instructor with Choice
Educational Academy? The minimum requirement to teach at C.E.A. is a Bachelor's degree. Higher degrees are encouraged. Certification is not necessary , but is a plus. Classroom experience within a public, private or other school is required.

required by state law.
Frequently Asked Questions - Substitute Teachers
What are the minimum requirements to be a substitute teacher with Choice
Educational Academy? The minimum requirement is a High School Diploma,
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and certification is preferred. Classroom experience is a plus.
What is the application/employment process?
Send an e-mail to the of your interest in substitute teaching. We will send you an application to fill out and return to us.
All applications are reviewed to determine if the applicants meet the minimum requirements to be a substitute teacher. Three references are required. A complete work history is also required to be considered for any position.
What are the training requirements?
All selected applicants will be required to attend an orientation. Employment paperwork is
provided at that time. All chosen applicants are required to pass a criminal background
check as required by state law.
